Convenor’s Message

It gives me great pleasure to announce, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, the “17th International Conference of Pakistan Society for Rheumatology.” The conference will be co-hosted by Pakistan Society of Rheumatology and Ziauddin University. It will be held at Marriot Hotel, Karachi from April 26 to 28, 2013.

This is a series of Conference that is held annually in different cities of Pakistan. The previous one was held in Lahore. This conference will be held in Karachi, the “City of Lights” and “Financial Capital” of the country. The city has more to offer than just sight-seeing especially at this time of the year.

We believe this conference will provide sessions of high scientific content, innovative topics, stimulating discussions on Rheumatology. We also consider that this meeting is a good opportunity to get to know each other and establish new professional contacts among specialists.

We cordially invite you to 17th International Conference of Pakistan Society for Rheumatology. The conference will constitute a convenient platform to present data and to discuss all problems and pitfalls confronting us in our daily practice.

We look forward to welcoming you in Karachi.

Dr. Kamran Hameed (FRCP)
